As an EU-based online store serving customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, our return and refund policy complies with EU consumer protection laws.
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Returned in its original packaging with all labels, accessories, and documentation included.
Items Excluded from Returns
The following products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Intimate or sanitary items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, cosmetics once opened).
- Health and personal care items once unsealed.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
Proof of Purchase
To process a return, you must provide a valid receipt or order confirmation.
Please do not send items directly back to the manufacturer — returns must be sent to our return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the product was purchased with free shipping, we may deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to them.
