1. Shipping Options

We deliver to customers across the Netherlands and Belgium, offering two shipping options:

• Free Standard Shipping – Delivery within 5–14 business days.
• Express Shipping – Delivery within 3–7 business days.
  • Express shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and current cargo rates.
  • Liquid products and electronic/rechargeable items have different express shipping rates due to special handling requirements.

2. Shipping Costs & VAT

• Standard shipping is always free.
• Express shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment.
• All our product prices include VAT. However, in rare cases, destination customs charges or changes in government policies may result in additional fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing & Tracking

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Tracking details will be sent to your registered email address within 2–3 days after placing your order.
• You can use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment’s progress at any time.

Delivery Timeframes

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.
• During peak seasons or promotional sales, shipping may take slightly longer.

Customs & Import Duties

While our shipments generally include VAT, some destinations may impose customs duties, import taxes, or inspection fees.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient
